IAC Aviation Wins £5m Engine Test Facility Upgrade Contract
 IAC Aviation has been awarded a £5M contract by one of the world’s leading engine manufacturers. The contract is for the upgrade of one of the OEM’s engine test facilities based in the south west of England.
Keen to maintain their market position the OEM requires this upgrade to enable the facility to accommodate research and development of their latest generation of engine. Substantial changes are necessary to the air pathway, thrust stand and supporting services to ensure the research and development capability, whilst meeting the acoustic and other environmental constraints.
IAC Aviation is the preferred partner of other OEMs Europe-wide and an approved supplier to Rolls-Royce. The company adds value to the bottom line for MROs by supplying and refurbishing multi-engine test facilities for maximum efficiency and engine throughput.
