Custom Design Acoustic Doors
At our global headquarters in Winchester, we can incorporate your custom design requirements through our in-house design team into laser cut factory production for final finishing and product assembly. In combination with the acoustic requirements, we can incorporate current European Standard EN1634-1 Fire Ratings to ensure high safety standards, alongside the high performance acoustics and architectural quality.
Our custom-designed and manufactured CAM Lift Hinges enable us to incorporate flat thresholds into our door designs, meaning there is no obtrusive floor seal arrangements or trip hazard. Our Computer Aided Design (CAD)/Laser design and programming allows us to manufacture and install custom vision panels to various sizes, throughout the range while maintaining the noise reduction properties of the door. Finishing is available in either polyester powder coat, or our unique new powder coat wood grain finish.
