The silencers are designed to reduce
the noise produced by the venting of pressurised gas to atmosphere
especially : air, steam & gases (nitrogen, oxygen etc...).
They are installed downstream from
all devices discharging a compressed gas to atmosphere such as :
safety valve, ejector, snort-valve, relief/start up valve, blowdown
tank, boiler, etc.
Typical applications
- Combined Cycle plant - CCP
- Cogeneration - CHP
- Power plants (New application or replacement)
- HRSG and Combustion Boiler
- Waste-to-energy plant
- Heavy industries
- Compressors
- Petrochemical industries
Range of solutions
- Sound pressure level as low as 75 dBA @ 1m
at silencer outlet
- Acoustic efficiency : 65 dB(A) noise reduction
