Noishield® Acoustic Louvres
IAC’s curved Noisheld® louvres reduce noise pollution from plant cooling towers, boiler rooms, and air handling systems in all types of buildings, including power stations, cooling towers, chemical treatment plants and boiler rooms. The IAC Noishield® Acoustic Louvre is a multi-purpose louvre that permits the flow of air while shielding the environment from noise.
IAC’s Noishield® Acoustic Louvres are suitable for use behind architectural louvres provided that 100mm air space is allowed for. The appearances of the blades are bold and curved giving a aesthetically pleasing finish. IAC’s Noishield® Acoustic Louvres are a highly economical louvre system which gives up to a 30% lower price than IAC’s equivalent linear blade design.
Noishield® acoustic louvres are available in two models (R and LP) and a complete range of standard modular sizes. This means they can satisfy a wide range of performance requirements, especially where space is limited and architectural standards of appearance must be met. Where access is required, Noishield® Louvres can be supplied as doorsets, for inclusion in louvre screens or as stand-alone units. For higher acoustic performance, the acoustic louvres can be installed back-to-back (models 2R and 2LP).
Noishield® acoustic louvres have guaranteed certified acoustic performance. They are aerodynamic for maximum energy saving and are suitable for any application of any size as they are made to order in IAC’s own manufacturing facility.
IAC has been manufacturing Noishield® Acoustic Louvres for over 50 years, installing thousands of units over the years.
