New 2.5 billionNK Oslo Opera House chooses IAC doors

The Norwegian government has placed a substantial €1.200K order with IAC GmbH in Germany, for the supply of acoustics doors for their prestigious new Opera House in Oslo to open in 2008.

The Opera House is under construction at present and will be the new home for the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet.

The Opera House has been designed by Snohetta, while the highly sophisticated acoustics of the interior have been developed by acoustic consultancy, Brekke Strand Akustikk, Arup.
