CHIEF EXECUTIVE APPOINTED
Due to the impending retirement of George Dawson, IAC has appointed Mr Brian Quarendon (pictured, above) as its new Managing Director and CEO. Mr Quarendon joins IAC from Marconi where, for the past eight years, he has managed a group of international companies engaged in retail electronics and other specialist activities. He is 42, married with three children, and his previous business experience was gained with British Aerospace Systems, MEL/Philips and Racal Simulation Ltd. George Dawson will remain on the Board of IAC until June 2002 as a Non-Executive Director and will remain available to Brian Quarendon as a Technical Consultant until he retires. |
