Thermowrap insulation blankets are custom manufactured using layered silica or fibreglass materials to provide exceptional heat and noise control at temperatures up to 1200°C. Thermowrap exhaust blankets will withstand intense vibration and is the solution for insulation areas requiring regular removal, having complex shapes and limited space or where only minimum downtime is possible requiring a pre-fabricated product.
Thermowrap patterns are created and plotted digitally providing high levels of accuracy and repeatability. All digital patterns are saved and backed up electronically to allow us to recall previous jobs for exact re-production.
