IAC TO INTRODUCE NEW BROADCAST BOOTH AT NAB

Creature Comforts Abound

IAC’s new Accutone2 Broadcast Series was introduced this spring at the National Association of Broadcaster’s (NAB) convention, the largest in the industry.

Bronx, NY (June 14, 2004) IAC, the industry leader in the design and production of recording booths for the broadcast industry introduces Accutone®2, Broadcast Series. “We have combined the best of IAC technologies to design the first demountable recording booth with a look, feel, and texture of traditional construction,” said Ken DeLasho, Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing, IAC America. “And, we have enhanced performance. There is no question in my mind that Accutone2 will establish a new standard in the industry.”

The Accutone2 series is totally new inside and out. Exterior finishes include brushed steel and a variety of wood veneers. A selection of door styles includes full vision glass. In the interior, new features include fabrics, textured steel, chair rails, wood flooring and baseboard cable communication trays. The booths are available in ten standard colors with contrasting detailing. “The new exteriors really allow the booths to fit seamlessly into any interior,” he added, “and the interior refinements create an entirely different environment from the industry standard.”

The booths are delivered as stand-alone facilities complete with lighting, electrical, doors, windows, and ventilation systems. They are available in four acoustic performance levels: NIC 50 (single wall4); NIC 53 (singlewall5); NIC 60 (singlewall8), and NIC 70 (double wall12).

There are more than 100 standard Accutone2 Broadcast Series configurations. However, the product’s modular construction and the availability of a broad range of Noise-Lock doors and windows offer virtually unlimited possibilities.
