Online Ordering is fast-track success with IAC HVAC Representatives

Bronx, NY (January 28) -- IAC America’s online Rep ordering system for HVAC products is proving a huge success with a considerable increased throughput since the turn of the year.

Our technical sales representatives are able to identify the product they need to specify using IAC’s industry-unique SNAP tool application software which is available on our website. Having identified their requirements the rep can create submittals and quotes and then order materials through the online portal in seconds, straight through to the New York manufacturing facility.

Hal Schlesinger, IT Manager in New York said: “We have built a streamlined system to process orders effectively from all across the USA. Reps place the order, but then the beauty of the new system is that they can track its progress and stage of manufacture through password access from their own desk.”

Orders are on the up and customers US-wide are appreciating the faster service and ability to monitor their order’s progress.
