Russia opens to IAC audiometric products
 Bronx, NY (June 17)--Marketing by IAC Germany of IAC’s audiometric facilities to hospitals and clinics throughout Russia is picking up momentum.
Throughout Russia extensive programmes are underway to modernize the country’s healthcare system – and part of that, their audiology services.
IAC GmbH began its sales operation there in 2008. These past 2 years have been spent researching the market and getting the necessary certifications in place, and marketing of IAC audiology booths, rooms and suites is now underway.
“With good market knowledge under our belt and some good local connections established we are now well placed for rapid expansion,” says Lydjia Langer. “We are well known as a company for our unrivalled technical expertise and fast and efficient service. Together with our partner we have secured some significant orders for audiometric booths from leading hospitals and clinics in recent months. After a tough 2009 we are now seeing exciting projects coming through.”
 IAC GmbH has recently supplied a Audiology Room 402-A, with RF-electromagnetic shielding for a children’s clinic in the town of Kasan in Russia; and a number of Mini 250 booths to clinics in both Russia and Kazakhstan.
Lydjia Lanager again: “It has been difficult to negotiate all the red tape of the Russian administrative systems but we are now well on the way to seeing our market share grow. The clinic in Kasan is due to be formally opened soon by the Russian Health Authorities, and this will be a flagship reference project for the IAC brand in the country.”
